Cancellation Policy

We get to work on your order pretty quickly (typically within the hour), so if you'd like to request a "cancel order", please send an email to customersupport@fidipidi.com and we will try and accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

Shipping + Returns Policy

Fidipidi extends partial or full refunds for fulfillment errors on our part that affect your order (including general fulfillment errors, expedited order errors or if your order is lost in the mail). In the event of a customer error we will accept cancellations if the order has not yet been fulfilled and will not pursue any processing or replacement fees.

Customers will have 90 days from the time of purchase to request a refund. Within that timeframe, fidipidi will refund partial or total amount of purchase including tax and delivery to the original form of payment. If original form of payment is no longer valid, we will not be able to process a refund for the purchase.

General Mail Orders

In the event an order has been delayed or an order has been lost in the mail, we will contact the United States Postal Service to confirm lost shipping status. We will return the total amount of purchase (including tax) on lost orders.

Expedited Orders

Fidipidi exclusively uses United Parcel Services (UPS) for all expedited orders. In the event an expedited order has been delayed or lost, we will contact the expedited carrier (UPS) to confirm delayed or lost shipping status. We will refund the delivery amount of purchase on expedited orders that are delayed. We will return the total amount of purchase (including tax) on lost orders.

Fidipidi and UPS carrier service rules apply. For "Next Day" service, orders must be placed with fidipidi before 12 noon CST, Monday through Friday. Delivery times are based on the destination address which can affect the carrier's ability to deliver within the expected timeframe. Fidipidi also offers 2 Day shipping at Next Day costs and processing if you have missed the 12 noon CST cut-off time and would still like your order processed that day.
